Favicon not showing

I cannot get the favicon to show for my Zoho site about pallet delivery service. I've purchased the business add-on. Does the business add-on need to be purchased in order for the favicon to be displayed, or is there an issue that I am missing? The .png file I am using is sized 64 x 64.
