The "feedback" widget does not render correctly on mobile devices, ie. iPhone. The entire screen is covered by the search button screen,
I have attached screen shots of the problem in both "portrait" and "landscape modes". It also does the same thing when using embedded form on my contact page.
It is essential this works on mobile. Thanks for your help!
