Hello,

I know how to search all of our tickets for a term and get back a list of the tickets containing that term.  Next I want to find the term in each of the tickets ion the list  I can navigate to each ticket, but usually most of the content is collapsed.  How can I find my search term in a ticket that I know contains it?
