It's highly unlikely that you aren't aware of our CRM feature releases this year, but if you aren't, news flash for you - Your Zoho CRM (enterprise and above) supports Subforms, User lookups, Record level sharing, Sandbox and Validation rules - among many more new features. 

 

These features have been developed on popular demand which entails a Focus Group to demonstrate their working. 

 

  1. Add formulae, look up fields and much more using Subforms to customize CRM. 
  2. User fields and Record level sharing 2.0 brings multi ownership of records in your CRM on permission basis. 
  3. Sandbox, a test arena where you can perform all actions within your CRM sans changes, effective immediately. 
  4. Validation Rules for fields and modules within your CRM which upon not being met shows an error.
