Hello, so I am new to Zoho One. I'm fairly confident what I want to do can be done I just need guidance on how to accomplish it.

I have a Zoho Form. When a customer fills out the form I want to generate a quote (that I will email to them, I do NOT want to automatically email it to them as I want to check for errors first) based on their responses in the form. The form is already integrated with Zoho CRM so I can't integrate it with another app.

Here is how I think I can get this to work, but want to make sure there is not an easier path. Have the form integrate with Google Sheets or Excel instead of CRM. Then, using Flow, pull data from the spreadsheet to populate a quote. Though, to set this up I foresee it being many steps using Flow.
