Dear Team
We had set up an account for Zoho support where I was set as main admin, But recently some ex-employees who had admin access have remved our access to support portal, now wecannot zoho support portal. These Ex-employees had left but unfortunatelt their accounts were not deactivated onsame day thats why this incident happened.
Please let us know procedure by which we can take back contraol of our zoho support protal.
