I can't open the gallery or place images from the gallery.

I asked our previous supplier Apora for it, our own IT department did investigated.

But all solutions, like cleaning the memory, cookies and so on, didn't solve it.

What can be the reason for it?

I wanted to add an image with the message. But I don't get any response anymore.
