Is there a custom function or api that I can use to get ALL Tickets on a specific date?  Currently with the List All Tickets API, the most you can get is the 100 MOST RECENT (the default is about 20) for with in the last 15, 30, or 90 DAYS.  We get more then 100 a day - so this API does me no good.  

I need to be able to pull ALL TICKETS for a day, a week, or month.  I am needing something like the List all tickets but better

Is this something that Custom functions cover?  If so, where can I get the script?
