Greylist: Repeated greylisting of legitimate internal and external mail addresses
Dear community!
Unfortunately, again and again mail addresses are put on the greylist, which are absolutely necessary and serious. Even the super admin mail address was put on the greylist. As a result, mailalerts and other notifications can no longer be delivered. Also business partners do not receive important mails, which repeatedly leads to costs and problems. DKIM and SPF is set up.
After contacting support, the blocked addresses were unblocked again. Unfortunately, a little later important mail addresses ended up on the greylist again.
Is there a way to view the greylist itself and whitelist addresses?
Also it would be good if there is a message about mailalerts that did not happen. Otherwise nothing happens and the recipient assumes that nothing was sent.
