Guidance for archiving Tickets/Companies?

Hi, 

I'm wondering if there is a recommended way to either archive companies/contacts/tickets in Zoho Support that wouldn't get in the way of Active clients when maintaining our lists and tickets. 

Of course, we can simply delete them, but is there a better way to handle this?  Or is there a way to export those into Excel in a format that's easily legible?
