Guide domain mapping in zoho support

Hi,

We have issues to configure domain mapping in zoho support. We have configured a CNAME in our DNS panel and we have configured domain in zoho support configuration:

https://www.zoho.com/support/help/domain-mapping.html

But it isn´t running. Can I help my?
