Handover mailadress and name via original_sender and?

Handover mailadress and name via original_sender and?

We are using Zoho for our mails over the website.  In order for the tickets to arrive correctly, we use the tag #original_sender{example@sender.com}, but now we still get the same name and first name in the ticketing. Here I would also like to transfer the name via hashtag, is that possible? if yes, how?
