Help Center departments

Help Center departments

OK, has anyone ran in to this before, and if so, did you come up with a solution?

We have a few departments that we have marked as disabled, but they still show up as Categories in the Help Center. I need to get rid of them.

And, if possible, I would like to setup my own Categories instead of defaulting to all of the Departments - is there any way to do this?
