HELP: My Zoho Account Doesn't Receive Any Emails

Can someone please offer some help.

My Zoho account has not been receiving any emails for over a day now. I can send emails but I've tested the account and no emails are being received.

Also, can all the emails that have not been received be recoverable? I have lots of business emails that I need to review.
