I am trying to register to the helpdesk for my trial account (rivery)

in the helpdesk settings, i unchecked the "Moderate customer sign-ups in the Help Center"

So the user i create should get invite email once i create it

however - the invite emails are not getting to my mailbox

i searched in all mail, including spam,trash,promotions and social, 

but its not getting through

can you help ?
