Hitting reply all after an outgoing phone message in Zoho Desk

In Zoho desk when we try to send an email following a outgoing VM, we get a red error message saying "we are unable to process your request". 

We noticed that the phone number was appearing in the send to fields after an outgoing call and took the extra step to delete it before attempting to send the email.  That seemed to be fine for a time.





Generally, when we send an email following a recorded call, we hit reply all and delete the call form elements.  They look odd in an email.  

However, recently we are getting an error message that does not allow us to send an email following an outgoing or incoming call.  At this point we have to click on an email previous to a call click the three dots in the corner and hit reply all to be able to send.
