Is there a way to show the customer's name, address and phone number on a hosted payment page when they customer already exists?

When a customer is converted to a contact in CRM, we add them as a customer to Subscriptions (to get their subscriptions ID). We then create custom plans for them (similar to a quote). If they decide to purchase, the hosted payment page is created via API using their subscriptions customer id. However since they already exist, the page only displays the Plan selected and the billing details. How do I get the page to display their name and allow them to enter in their address and phone number (which we have not collected yet)?
