How to automatically update Account Name?
We are using an advanced web form for support requests. As part of that, we send 10,000 end users to our support page with a variable string in the URL that we then grab and parse into the webform which updates the fields:
Logged in User
ComputerID
Dashboard Client
When the end user hits our link on their PC to our support page we know which client they are at, which PC they are on and what user is logged into that PC automatically added to the ticket.
The Account Name option is not available in the web form nor is it available in workflows that I can see.
Please advise how to copy the Dashboard client field to the Account name field automatically on new ticket creation where source channel is web.
