How can I import a PSD email template into Campaigns?

I see a number of places offering PSD email templates that look pretty cool.

I have Photoshop, and am pretty adept, but how do I take a PSD file and make that into an email template to use in Zoho Campaigns?

Some of the templates claim to be 'MailChimp ready'. Can we get something similar going for ZC?
