How can use three taxes at same time on an invoice?

I saw the you solved our problem about the pre paid taxes, but in Italy we also another tax (only the professionists) that may vary from 2% to 4% tobe added to the amount of the invoice.

Per example:
service                                $ 100.00
RIVALSA INPS 4%               $      4.00
V.A.T.   20%                        $    20.80
Ritenuta d'acconto  -20%   $   -20.80
Total                                   $  104.00

Can ZoHo invoice do that? How?
