how can we assign different actions on different levels of priroties...

We have been using the ZOHO for the last couple of months.

We need to assign different actions on different level of priorities. For example if the priority of the request is high then it will send the email every after 1 hour and if the priority is low then it will send a notification email every after 1 day.

Each priority will have different criteria and actions. We have to set these actions/rules only once.

Is there any solution for the above!!!
