How do we change the default time for displaying agents tickets ?

How do we change the default time for displaying agents tickets ?

Hi, 

We are sortof still new to Zoho desk, but have lately discovered that some of our agents have trouble to locate older open or "on hold " tickets since they are about 3 months old.. 

Is there anyway to change the default view setting for agents from (i assume) 30 days to 90days or more ?
