How does appmanager monitor the HornetQ JMS server??

How does appmanager monitor the HornetQ JMS server??

Is there a way we can monitor the HornetQ JMS server using jmx. We have enabled the jmx from hornetQ. I am able to connect to HornetQ from remote machines by using jconsole. But unable to monitor from AppManager.
