How to change Company > Primary Contact > Email Address

How can I reset the Company > Primary Contact > Email Address?

I tried changing one of my agents from Roles & Permissions = "Agent" to from Roles & Permissions = "Admin" so I could use that agent to change the main email address. That did not work. I still cannot change the main agent's email address.

How can I do that?
