How to create a new user / user alias for my account.

Hi there

I already have a Zoho account, let's call it "name@zoho.com".

I want a second alias or account, let's call it "secondalias@zoho.com" but cannot work out how to achieve this. I tried to sign up as a new user but the system asks for an alternative email address and as it already knows them from my main account I am refused.

Any help gratefully received.
