How do we get a list of KB articles with their hierarchy information for each category. Without this how can articles be managed, audited and updated periodically when the numbers are large.
I am a little confused. Is it not there or I cant find it?
We are currently evaluating Zoho and are at an advanced stage. But this might be a deal breaker.
Please advise.
