I want to add the hosted page (Payment Update Page) for customers who need to change their card details.

I can find the URL for the Checkout Page from the "View Plan URL" link in the Plan page - and that URL works fine.

What I cannot figure out is how to find the URL for the Payment Update Page so that I can use that URL in my web site...

A second, related question: 

How will Zoho Subscriptions know which customer's details to update when a customer uses the Payment Update Page? The cardholder's name may not be the same as the customer name...
