How to Report Issues? No reply to my questions through feedback submittal

I do not see a help ticket form submittal in Zoho Connect in new Ui.  Only the Feedback link.  I have sent a few emails through this and have not received any response.  Is there a different method to communicate issues? In particular, the system is not verifying our domain even though I did both the HTML and CNAME methods of verification.   Please advise.
