How to sync accounts and Contact from Zoho Support to Zoho CRM

Please help me to answer two questions as below

1. if i create account on Zoho Support.

What unique constraint for each record in accounts

2. After i created account in Zoho Support. i want to synchronize them to zoho CRM.

How to synchronize accounts and Contact from Zoho Support to Zoho CRM.

if it cannot synchronize. please help me a solution to solve it
