how to syncronize accounts/contacts between Zoho CRM and Zoho Support?

how to syncronize accounts/contacts between Zoho CRM and Zoho Support?

Is this possible? I have figured out how to configure the connection between CRM and Support - and even imported accounts and contacts. But when I generate a new account & contact in Zoho CRM, it does not synchronize with Zoho Support.

Do I have to manually import records each time? Is there a way to keep these synchronized?
