I probably didn't read the popup well, and I ticked the box, supposing this popup box wouldn't appear anymore.

Unfortunately, now I cannot delete my tickets anymore.

I already removed the cookies for the zoho site, but this didn't solve the problem.

Are there other options to solve this problem?
