I can't see the Salesforce Account Infromation on Zoho Desk

I can't see the Salesforce Account Infromation on Zoho Desk

I integrated Zoho Desk with Salesforce with both directions data sharing, and I am able to see that all the accounts where sync, but, when a salesforce account send a ticket the Salesforce information does not display on the ticket details. 

Anny sugestions?
