IMAP Access Blocked

IMAP Access Blocked

My IMAP access has been blocked.  From what I've read on the forums, the limit is 20 connections...I only have 2 means of accessing my Zoho account, my laptop and my iPhone.  Those would be the only 2 connections at any given time, so how could I have exceeded connections?  My email activity is also below the maximum per day.  Please advise what I need to to do to prevent this from happening again.
