IMAP server not responding
I have been using zoho mail through an IMAP client for some time now. It appears that access was lost on 1/1/24, but a trouble ticket hasn't been responded to.
I can access mail through webmail or the Zoho app, but my IMAP clients just report that the IMAP server is not responding. This happens on an iPhone, as well as two PC's using Outlook.
Since I use a custom domain, I'm using the imappro.zoho.com server. Is there an issue?
