IMAP server timeouts - again!

For crying out loud, I get IMAP server timeouts on a regular basis, & so far this morning it's been pretty much constant (this morning the SMTP server hasn't been much better either - it took a few minutes to send a couple of emails) - just getting the constant 'loading' indicator until I finally get the 'timeout' message. (just checked again while writing this, & I've now just got the 'timeout' message sitting there.)

I moved to Zoho because I want a reliable email for my work related email - but one that gives constant timeouts isn't it!
What's going on Zoho?
Am I the only person who gets this, or are other people having this problem too?
