IMAP stopped working - Paid Premium Account

The service is TERRIBLE !

IMAP stopped working on our account twice now and no emails are coming through

I logged a priority call 2 days ago and have had no help.  No reply.

I am a paid premium customer.

This is not ok.

Zoho needs to fix the syncing issue on our accounts today!
