Zoho Backstage sender domain changes

Zoho Backstage sender domain changes

Hello Backstage users,

This is a heads-up about a major change with sender domains in Zoho Backstage. In response to Google's new guidelines for email senders, Backstage won't be able to send emails with the sender domain "gmail.com" or "googlemail.com".

In order to maintain the seamless email communications in Backstage, we recommend you make the following adjustments:
  1. Update primary contacts: Change any primary contacts with the email domain "gmail.com" or "googlemail.com" to an authenticated corporate domain.
  2. Ensure authentication: Make sure the corporate domain has SPF and DKIM authentication.

This change will be fully implemented in Backstage by Feb 1, 2024. If there are any sender domains that aren't updated by this date, Backstage will automatically use our default email address (noreply@zohobackstage.com) for these primary contacts to ensure uninterrupted email delivery.

Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Should you have any questions or require assistance, feel free to reach out to us at support@zohobackstage.com. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this transition.

Happy organizing!
