Inbox not automatically updating
Hello!
I am a technician who is looking for some guidance on an issue I am experiencing with a few users. It seems that emails are sending and receiving just fine, no hang ups or major delays, but the inbox folder is not updating whenever a new email comes in. The users have to either manually refresh the web browser or navigate to a different folder and back for the emails to populate correctly. It isn't affecting all of our users, only a handful, and I am unable to determine what the reason is for this.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, what did you do to fix it?
