Incomplete German translation

Hi Zoho team,

i have issued a ticket about this but haven't heard back from you guys in the last 3 weeks.

We want to offer our customers a easy way to use the tickets and knowledge base and English is for some a hard task. Also having a colourful mix of German and English doesn't look so great. I don't care about the agent side of things, just the customer portal should look clean.
Examples:
Submitting Tickets:
The fields are translated, but not the "drop down"
You can change your fields under "List of fields", Great! But if you check your ticket status as a user you still see "priority" instead of "Priorität" and "classification" instead of "Klassifizierung".

The Buttons "Submit" and "Cancle" for a new ticket should be "Senden" and "Abbrechen".
And as fare as i have seen, all your Email Templates are also in English. They are fully customizable so i can work around that. 

If you need need any help with the translations i can offer to assist you because i have to change it anyways. And i am way better translating English to German than German to English.
