Integrating Zoho Desk Instances from two separate organizations

Integrating Zoho Desk Instances from two separate organizations

Is it possible to integrate Zoho Desk with an instance from another organization?    For example, creating a ticket in one organization can cause the creation of a ticket in the second organization?   Or certain tickets from one organization be viewable by the second organization?    We are integrating a service vendor in our software and they also use Zoho Desk.   Thought this might be easy if this was available.
