We have also removed the following options that were previously available within the Chat tab:
- Chat History
- Missed Chats and
- Feedback (since star ratings were obsoleted)
Henceforth, all chat communications will by default be created into tickets at the end of their session. This applies to missed chats as well. The tickets can be traced under their respective views provided for live chat.
