Introducing post-paid billing in Zoho Office Integrator

With our new flexible post-paid billing option, you have the flexibility to utilize additional API calls beyond your plan's allocated limit and settle the charges in the subsequent billing cycle.   • Avoid frequent subscription limit changes.

  • Utilize your plan fully! Since unused API credits aren't carried over during renewal, you can start with a base plan, consume the allowed API calls, and pay for your additional consumption later.

How to enable flexible, post-paid billing in Zoho Office Integrator: 

1. In Office Integrator's dashboard, click Settings and choose Subscription.
2. Enable Additional API calls.
Note: This is disabled by default.
3. In the pop-up, add your required number of API calls and click Update.



Note: There is a maximum limit to the number of additional API calls you can consume. The maximum additional limit is twice the number of API calls per month allowed in your current plan.

FAQs about flexible billing 

Q: Can I get the flexible billing plan if I've subscribed to offline billing?
A: No, this is only available for businesses that have subscribed via the online payment option.
 
Q: Can I disable additional API calls after my usage has crossed my plan's limit?
A: Yes, you can disable this even after the usage has crossed your plan's limit. The additional calls will be billed in your next subscription cycle.
 
Q: Can I modify my additional API call limit after I've added them?
A: Yes, you can modify your additional API call limit anytime within your subscription window.
