Get the new live chat widget
Switching to the new widget is simple! Here's how:
- Go to your SalesIQ dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > Brands > Select Your Brand > Installation > Website.
- Locate the new widget code, copy it, and paste it into your HTML source code, just like the old one.
Note:
- You can customize the SalesIQ live chat widget sticker by adding your own design. To do this, navigate to Settings > Brands > Select your Brand > Personalization > Chat Widget, enable Custom Sticker - Float, and upload your sticker.
- The custom CSS you used for your old live chat will not apply to the new live chat. Visit our help guide to learn more about customizing the new live chat with CSS, including examples and sample code.
- Future updates and features will only be available on the new widget. To stay updated with the latest improvements, we encourage switching to the new widget for the best experience.
