I'm trying to invite or re-invite end users to join to Zoho Desk, but if their email provider is google mail they don't receive the email, but Zoho Desk inform that teh email was sent. The email is not in the anti-spam too.

If I sent a ticket by email and answered, they received the email

What´s wrong ?
