Is it possible for two contacts in the same account to view one another's requests?

Is it possible for two contacts in the same account to view one another's requests?

We have multiple contacts that work together in the same accounts. They would like to be able to see the other person's request, from when they submit it until it is solved and closed. Is this possible? How?
