I need to trigger a review process whenever a field is updated to a specific value. This field is empty when the record is created and is only filled later.

I know the approval process exists, but that's not what I'm looking for in this case. What I want is exactly the functionality of the review process.

I saw in the documentation that the review process is only activated when the record is created, but is there no alternative for this situation?
