Hi,

Is there a way to sync the comments associated with a customer record with Zoho analytics?  I have integrated Books with Analytics and I cannot see a way to pull the notes/comments across for reporting.

We have multiple versions of books for different companies in our group and I use analytics to consolidate financial information across all companies. For each company i  have created "debtors" dashboards listing customer information such as amount overdue, last payment date, customer contact notes etc to share with managers who do not have access to Books. At the moment all the financial information is auto updated via the integrations however the "comments" have to be manually updated which is a pain. I have looked at the Books API and none of the Json request responses  seem to include the comments added by users. I looked at using Zoho Flow to connect Books to Analytics and again  it seems the Books APi does not give a response that includes the comments. 

There must be someone else out there in the Zoho Community with a similar need - and maybe they have solved the problem. if so please get in touch.
