Hi there!

i´m new in the Zoho Desk software, and i have to say i´m impressed with all the great features they have. Specially, with the chat feature. I´m being customizing and testing it, and its great, but there is one thing i would like to know. When i clik to end a chat, the customer sees a message in english.

Since all my customers speaks spanish, i would like to know if there is a way to customize that message, or at least, translate it to spanish.

Is there a way? maybe im blind and i didn´t see it :)
