Is there a Workflow Rule that can Auto-Gen Account Name based on Customer Email?

Hi,

I'm very new to Zoho Desk and don't have much of a developer's background. I've tweaked with workflow rules, but can't seem to create one that can auto generate the Account Name based on the e-mail from our clients.
Is this difficult to create and apply?
