Hi, I'm working on a project that aims to allow a customer to lodge their issue via Slack. I want to send the customer a CSAT survey link via Slack after the ticket closes. Just like in the case of email but I want this in Slack. Till now I haven't been able to find any API or Webhook for this functionality. Does anyone know of any way to get the CSAT survey link?
